Handling

Deployment and swivelling

An external swivel kit is supplied on request, making it possible to open the ramp in the vertical direction, like a second door. This system makes it possible to gain access to the van’s cargo area without using the ramp (e.g. for loading pallets with a forklift truck).

Removability and transportation

The ramp can be easily removed from the vehicle by means of the side handles. Once the ramp has been removed, the vehicle cargo area is completely unobstructed. A quick coupling system makes it possible to transfer the ramp from one vehicle to another very quickly.

    ADDITIONAL KIT THIRD PIECE

    Reduces the angle of the ramp which is foldable in 3 pieces. It is ideal on small vehicles. Available for load capacities up to 1,000 kg, maximum width 100 cm and fixed length 80 cm.

    EXTERNAL ROTATION

    Rotation kit that allows to rotate the ramp towards the outside of the van by 90°. Allows access to the vehicle compartment without using the platform (e.g. pallet loading by means of forklifts on the van).

    CURVED MOBILE BAND

    Mobile curved strip suitable for use the ramp as a bridge to connect two surfaces placed at different heights.

    DRILLED FLOOR WITH CONVEX HOLES

    Exclusively for WM System. Surface in perforated aluminium with alternating convex holes. For maximum grip in water, rain, snow and extreme lightness.

    FIXED MOUNTING

    On request it is possible to mount a fixed base on the ramp. This way the ramp is fixed and no longer removable from the vehicle. This solution simplifies and speeds up the assembly operations, which are estimated to take 30 minutes.

    PIN FOR USE ON BRIDGE

    Thanks to a special pin that locks the hinges of the ramp, it can be used as a bridge to connect two surfaces at different heights (vehicle and steps, platforms, etc...).

    IS APPROVED IN THE VEHICLE?

    No, approval is not required. The ramp is "one load" and therefore the vehicle should not be re-approved. Except for disabled people transport.

    WHAT IS THE MODEL FOR MY VAN AND USE?

    The Wm System ramps are customizable in size and capacity and can be adapted to all commercial vehicles. To advise you on the best solution, we need to receive the following information: -make, model, year of registration, traction, height of the rear door of the van and -type and total weight of the goods/machinery you are loading.

    IS IT OK FOR PICK UP?

    No, the Wm ramps are suitable for closed vehicles. It would result in a wind barrier

    WHO CAN USE THE RAMP?

    All those who have material on wheels to move, up and down the van. And all that color moving the material with pallet trucks.

    IS IT EASY TO ASSEMBLE?

    Yes, from 2 hours for the lightest models to 4 hours of assembly for the most complete models. We suggest the body shop nearest you, where to go for installation.
