The networked floor also allows for better cleaning. It has a maximum load capacity of 300 kg and is suitable for loading in the disabled sector or for loads with large wheels. The customer has the option to choose the width and length of the ramp, creating a product tailored for their commercial vehicle. This model can be easily removed from the vehicle leaving the loading deck completely free. It weighs between 30 and 70 kg, depending on the size required. The gas spring system balances the weight of the ramp which is super light during opening and closing operations, allowing anyone to handle the ramp safely and without any effort. It has wheels on both sides to facilitate opening and closing operations, because the ramp can be slid across the floor. The ramp has two movable rails: one that connects perfectly to the vehicle plane, avoiding creating steps with the loading plane. The second, straight and fixed, which rests on the ground and allows to load the goods without any difficulty. On request it is possible to have the curved and mobile rear side, recommended for use on a bridge. The non-slip aluminum table top with stretched net prevents the wheels from slipping in case of rain or frost. It has a 6 cm high anti-fall side edge. You can also install the extension kit, adding a third piece to the ramp. This solution makes the ramp’s angle of inclination less steep and facilitates loading and unloading operations. The extension kit is very useful especially for vans with medium or low roof.

Deployment and swivelling
An external swivel kit is supplied on request, making it possible to open the ramp in the vertical direction, like a second door. This system makes it possible to gain access to the van’s cargo area without using the ramp (e.g. for loading pallets with a forklift truck).
Removability and transport
The ramp can be easily removed from the vehicle by means of the side handles. Once the ramp has been removed, the vehicle cargo area is completely unobstructed. A quick coupling and release system allows the ramp to be transferred from one vehicle to another extremely quickly.

IS APPROVED IN THE VEHICLE?
No, approval is not required. The ramp is "one load" and therefore the vehicle should not be re-approved. Except for disabled people transport.
WHAT IS THE MODEL FOR MY VAN AND USE?
The Wm System ramps are customizable in size and capacity and can be adapted to all commercial vehicles. To advise you on the best solution, we need to receive the following information: -make, model, year of registration, traction, height of the rear door of the van and -type and total weight of the goods/machinery you are loading.
IS IT OK FOR PICK UP?
