Ramp made entirely of aluminium with platform in anti-slip expanded mesh. This type of surface allows high visibility at the rear of the vehicle and makes the ramp exceptionally lightweight and easy to handle. The mesh platform is also easier to clean.
The maximum capacity of the ramp is 300 kg and it is suitable for use in the disabled persons mobility sector or for loading equipment with large size wheels. Customers can choose the width and length of the ramp to create a customized product to suit their specific commercial vehicle.
This model can be easily removed from the vehicle, leaving the cargo area completely unobstructed.
The weight ranges from 30 to 70 kg, depending on the required measurements. The gas struts system balances the weight of the ramp and makes it ultra-light for easy handling during the deployment and closing operations, allowing anyone to handle it safely and effortlessly. This version has wheels on both sides to facilitate opening and closing operations because the ramp can be rolled easily over the ground.
The ramp is equipped with two contact flaps: one movable flap that adapts perfectly to the vehicle floor to assure perfectly smooth transition between ramp and vehicle. The second flap, which is straight and fixed, rests on the ground allowing goods to be loaded without difficulty. On request, the ramp can be fitted with a curved and movable rear contact flap, which is recommended for gangway type uses.
The loading platform is made of aluminium with an anti-slip surface treatment to prevent equipment wheels from skidding in the presence of ice or rain. The ramp has 6 cm high safety edges.
It can also be equipped with an extension kit, allowing a third section to be installed. Thanks to this solution, the ramp angle is less steep and loading operations are greatly facilitated. The extension kit is invaluable for loading or unloading vans with low or medium height roofs.

Handling
Deployment and swivelling
An external swivel kit is supplied on request, making it possible to open the ramp in the vertical direction, like a second door. This system makes it possible to gain access to the van’s cargo area without using the ramp (e.g. for loading pallets with a forklift truck).
Removability and transport
The ramp can be easily removed from the vehicle by means of the side handles. Once the ramp has been removed, the vehicle cargo area is completely unobstructed. A quick coupling and release system allows the ramp to be transferred from one vehicle to another extremely quickly.
